The following is just a sample of the customer feedback we have received over the years.
MAS Holdings, Manufacturing Director
My name is Keith Waters and my Industry and profession is Clothing Manufacturing, I have worked for MAS Holdings for the last seven years as Manufacturing Director for the South Sri Lankan operations of MAS Intimates Manufacturing Bras and Panties for the world’s leading high street Lingerie retailers inclusive of Victoria Secret who is our largest customer.
We have been implementing Lean Manufacturing into the whole of the MAS organization for the last six years and this is where I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Greg Wooten who we hired for a period of time to consult on several areas of Lean, our team came through the other end knowing a whole lot more about Lean its disciplines and benefits plus long term sustainability from Greg than any other Consultant that we had hired on our continuous Improvement journey. Greg has the skills and abilities to drill down to the very last drop of non-value add and get the team to see and understand exactly what is on the table, our people responded wholeheartedly to Greg and went along with his methodology and teachings on Lean that are still evident today.
Quite simply Greg is the best Lean consultant / Practioner that I have come across and if you want to get the best out of your team members then Greg will help them to embrace the philosophy and practicalities of Lean and its sustainable benefits.

Director of operations at Ceco Door/Maltex
My name is Gary Cadigan and I am the Director of operations at Ceco Door/Maltex. We are located in Poblado Anahuac, Valle Hermoso Mexico. We manufacture steel doors for the commercial/institutional segment of the global construction industry.
I joined Maltex in March 2006 and my challenge was to transition Maltex to become a lean/cellular manufacture of highly custom steel doors. To make our transition possible I used the guidance and assistance of Greg Wooten from BEM Consultants. Greg began working with us in June 2008 and has been a huge factor in our success in the transition, as well as helping in the enlightenment of many of our employees to the way need to look at how we perform our daily activities. I will continue to use BEM Consultants as a major resourcein our continued effort along the lean journey.

Manager of Mfg. & Product Engineering, Maltex, S.A. de C.V. / Ceco Door Products
My name is Mark Drake. I am the Engineering Manager at Maltex, S.A. de C.V., manufacturer of hollow metal doors. Three years ago our plant was faced with either rapid dramatic operational improvement or shutdown of the entire facility. Greg was brought in to help us assess the situation and chart a turnaround plan. He did both, and in three years our facility has gone from being on the chopping block to becoming the model plant for the rest of our manufacturing group.
I have dealt with consultants for twenty-five years and Greg Wooten is by far the best I have ever worked with. His passion for Lean systems and how to achieve real transformation is contagious to those with whom he works. He will tell you what you need to hear to improve your operation, regardless of the situation. Our staff is very grateful for Greg’s involvement and plan to continue enlisting him to help us further our Lean journey.

Business Transformation Director at US Army
Peter served as the first Lean Six Sigma/Business Transformation Deployment Advisor to US Army Forces Command–one of the largest commands in the Department of Defense. Supporting the command engaged in providing the majority of forces in the war on terrorism, Pete’s insight, advice and work were always on target. He understood the forces at play within the organization and crafted workable solutions and programs to further use of Lean Six Sigma. His quiet professionalism, built upon years of practice and hands on experience made him a listened to voice for deploying lean six sigma. His consistently high quality work addressed short-term demands and long-term imperatives. An excellent mentor, Pete could work quietly behind the scenes or in front of large groups to accomplish the mission–as they say ‘works well with others.’ Would definitely hire him again if the opportunity presented itself.

“I have had the privilege to work with Pete over the past several of years with the U.S. Army deployment. Pete successfully led the largest command’s LSS Deployment in the Army (FORSCOM – Forces Command). I had the opportunity to work with Peter at FORSCOM and enjoyed being a part of his team and the successful outcomes we produced. I was impressed with his leadership style, level of professionalism and candor, which says a lot considering the client’s leader is a four-star general with a international agenda to execute. I have a very high personal regard for Pete and would be privileged to work with him again in the future.

Director – Enterprise Master Data, Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement and Service Quality Fanatic
Pete is one of those unique people that can take a complex subject and break it down into layman’s terms in a way that it facilitates understanding, and also drives action. Pete was able to take a hands-on approach when needed with clients to deliver results that they were unable to achieve on their own. At the same time he was extremely influential with extended team members and relied upon for his knowledge and guidance. Pete is a thought-leader who made me more successful than I would have been on my own and he continues to be someone that I recommend highly.
